Connect Framer forms to Brew so a signup on your site starts an automation. Someone submits the form, Brew adds them as a contact, and your welcome email goes out.
Every marketing recipient must have opted in to hear from you. Importing or syncing contact data into Brew is not permission to email it. See What You Can Send.

Setup

1

Connect Framer in Brew

Open Integrations and click the Framer card. Brew gives you a form webhook URL for your brand.
2

Send the form to Brew

In Framer, select the form on the canvas. In the right sidebar, click Add… next to Send To, then choose Webhook. Paste the URL from Brew.Framer sends each input under its Name. Open each form input and set its Name to match the fields below, such as email and firstName.
3

Submit a test entry

Fill in the form on your published site. The submission shows up in Brew, and the form appears as a trigger named Form.

What a Submission Carries

Each submission fires the form’s trigger with these fields: Use them as merge tags. Give a fallback to anything a visitor can leave blank, such as {{ firstName | there }}. The trigger. prefix reads the same field, so {{ trigger.firstName }} and {{ firstName }} resolve alike; see Namespaces.

Send a Welcome Email

Build an automation on the Form trigger with a Send Email step, then publish it. See Build an Automation. The next submission starts it, and the email arrives personalized with the person’s name. Until the first submission arrives, Brew can’t tell whether the form is wired up. You can still publish the automation, with a TRIGGER_EVENT_NOT_RECEIVED warning, and it runs once a submission lands. From an agent, check_trigger over MCP confirms the trigger is ready and shows whether a submission has arrived. It also lists the published automations the trigger starts. Connecting Framer and editing the form are app-only.

Requirements

  • A Framer site with a form on a published page. Webhooks are a Send To option on the form.
  • Edit access to the site in Framer, to set each input’s Name and add the webhook.
