Enabled by default for all your emails, link tracking shows you who engages with your content, identifies your most responsive contacts, and provides essential data for the Ask AI feature to help improve your future campaigns.

Here’s what happens:

  1. When you send an email, Brew routes all links through our secure tracking system
  2. When someone clicks a link, we record that activity
  3. The person is instantly redirected to the intended destination with no delay
  4. You see the click data in your campaign reports

Link tracking provides essential data for understanding your email performance:

  • See what works: Track which links and content your audience engages with most
  • Measure results: Understand which emails drive actual results for your business
  • Improve your emails: Without click data, the Ask AI feature can’t provide insights to help optimize future emails
  • Target interested contacts: Build audience segments based on what people click

Link tracking is enabled by default for all campaigns. This is a global setting that applies to all emails sent through Brew.

We optimize tracked links to avoid spam filters and strongly recommend keeping this feature enabled.
